R. Christian Anderson and Telegraph Landing Productions have a policy that neither we nor any of our agents or employees shall accept or consider any unsolicited material, ideas, or suggestions, including a certain premise, story, treatment, or script.

Christian Anderson and Telegraph Landing Productions do not accept unsolicited information or material, including, without limitation, film or television show pitches, concepts, formats, scripts, ideas, or any other material or information. Based on this policy, Telegraph Landing Productions will not treat any unsolicited submission as confidential or proprietary. It will incur no liability if an unsolicited submission is inadvertently opened, read, or responded to by a Telegraph Landing Productions member, manager, employee, or agent. Any submission, whether unsolicited or solicited, to Telegraph Landing Productions shall become the property of Telegraph Landing Productions in the absence of prior written agreement between Telegraph Landing Productions and the submitting person or entity, and may be exploited in any way at Telegraph Landing Productions' sole discretion. By sending any submission, he or she, or the entity, waives the right to make any claim against Telegraph Landing Productions or its members, managers, employees or agents.
